Men's Skin Care Tips

Tip #1: Moisturize
Whether youre 17 or 70, you need to get into the habit of applying moisturizer on a daily basis. If youre worried about wrinkles, dark circles or puffiness, you may also want to consider adding a night cream and/or under eye cream to your routine. There are several different types of moisturiser out there, so make sure you pick one that is most suited to your skin type. At first it may take a little getting used to, but youll thank us in years to come.

Tip #2: Wear Sunscreen
The suns rays can cause severe damage to your skin and are the leading cause of premature aging. Its important to try and minimise your exposure to the sun and ensure that youre properly protected whenever youre outside. There are a number of products on the market from which to choose - the simplest way is to use an SPF-enhanced moisturiser.

Tip #3: Stop Smoking
Smoking really takes a toll on your skin. Besides giving you dull, ashen appearance, it also affects the production of collagen so over time, youre more susceptible to dry, saggy and wrinkled skin.

Tip #4: Drink Plenty of Water
Water is used by the body to flush out toxins and waste. Drink up and you'll see a noticeable difference to your skin.

Tip #5: Dont Use Regular Soap to Wash Your Face
Instead, get your hands on a quality face wash/facial cleanser that suits your skin type and use it every day.
