Why Is In Serbia Relatively Low Percentage Of Women In Managerial Position?

The question is, whether what is happening in managerial jobs is against or past the desires of women? Are women naturally less interested in power and less possessed with the pleasures and risks, which it brings and are aware of their avoidance of managerial positions? What is the relation between womens social status about real position in the family? How can conditions in different life spheres influence each other, because women do not wish to be locked in family, but on the other hand they feel a responsibility to commit completely to it.

Answering some of these questions needs analysis and research, which exceeds the scope of this paper and deserves a separate study. Therefore, without any need to consider these questions in further detail, it can be said that even though women have been equal to men for a long time, there is still a huge gap between equality of women in our society de iure and de facto. "Double load on woman, her jobs work and maternity in every way and household work occupy her so much that she has no time left for expertise and thus for advancing in her career, for taking over managerial position ". Thus, the determining influence on the womens social role has maternity, socialization of children and specific family duties. This position influenced on forming opinions that woman is not interested to advance at work and to take over managerial and leading positions in a company, in other words anatomy determines womens fate.

This stereotype lasted for a long time and was one of the barriers for women to achieve the very top in business hierarchy. Not being able to adequately promote themselves in business and great load of family problems both influenced on women to be in the gap and permanent conflict between roles in family and in a job. In that continual profit of traditional and cultural inheritance and exposing in professional meaning on jobs, which offer wide spectrum of possibilities, but which, due to their complexity, need whole woman, she found herself in a position in which she cannot affirm in both business and family plan. "Working woman is forced to make great efforts in order to carry out her role, because womans needs grow faster than capabilities which society and family offer.

Our society, which is in crisis, seems to be more suited with closed family, and family members, except for a woman, prefer traditional roles. Maintenance of traditional and patriarchal family model, especially in some parts of Serbia as well as macho culture domination, is also making it difficult for women to fight for mens jobs, as entrepreneur and manager. For these reasons, an adequate family support is needed (both moral and material), but also in macro plan, a wider support from the society through various programs for helping women who decide to engage in this sort of activity. We suggest the foundation of agencies which will have consulting role and on which women can depend on, from generating business ideas to their operating in practice. That support is also important as a support to the family, because it has can create a base and offer security to women in their intention to be independent again and to fulfill their society promotion.

Although the need for strong development of private business is more than important, it still does not develop in such a way to be a function of economic growth of our society. For private economy, in order to grow, a wider action of society is required. Therefore, our country is not being separated anymore from its own entrepreneurial roots, intoxicated by politics and still not focused on matters that are not important for life itself. Instead, it is necessary to turn to world economy, which is the place where nations compete with the whole of their authentic values, which they are able to create. Not long ago, we witnessed another game where our economic elite were not able to communicate with the economic elite of the world.

Therefore, in order to establish this communication on equal terms and in order to overcome various forms of backwardness, it is necessary to increase the level of sensitivity to societys needs and its development. Certainly, womens need to prove themselves in those occupations, which, in our culture, are traditionally considered to be mens, in order to measure up to other women in the world by their contribution, which are already active in overall economic flows of society .Maybe they will be the ones to start the wheel of Serbias development and therefore, they should get the right opportunity at the right time. The King Of Camaros

The camaro has had a long proud history with Chevrolet, it been through four generations of improvements, and now its going on its fifth generation, none of them have quite had the flair of the first generation.

But the new fifth generation camaro is poised to at least match the popularity of the first generation camaro, if not do better, the first generation camaro is still far and away my favorite, but the fifth generation is going to take a close second place now, a spot taken for many years by the second generation model, this new camaro has pushed the second generation model back to third position for me.

I never thought in my wildest dreams that a new camaro would come out and boot the second generation camaro out of its rightful spot in second place for me, after the 1973 model, I really didnt like the camaro any more, I figured that Chevrolet could have put a bit more thought in to the car, but they have made up for that in a big way with the new camaro concept car, all they need to do is produce it now KUDOS to them.

Now I will talk a little about my favorite camaro, the first generation, this was a very special car, it had a medium low stance, with highly pronounced side body lines that just seemed to melt away at the end of the car, in the 1969 model the front fenders rolled around at the bottom, where they joined up to the front valance, with two signal lights in the middle of it, and the small front bumper just above the front valance.

The 1969 model was a wide and medium heavy car at 3450 pounds with out the driver, and with a big block you could add another 200 pounds to that number, which is why models like the COPO 9560 exist with the aluminum big block, that weighed about the same as a small block, the 9560 was factory rated at 450 HP but dynode at closer to 625 hp, this was not a car for the weak of heart, youd better be ready for this ride.

The camaro was a very heavily optioned car, with a wide variety of add on parts that you could get right from the factory, on the Z/28 model you could get four wheel disc brakes, a cross ram intake manifold with two 500 cfm double pumper holley carburetors on it, you could add the off road cam for more power, and you had rear end gear choices from a 2.35 all the way to a 4.56, with a Muncie M22 rock crusher transmission with four speeds, and this just gets the list started.

Theres a lot of reasons why the first generation camaro is my favorite, but not the least which is that I owned a 1969 Z/28, before my mom got pissed off and sold it while I was on a vacation away from home, the first generation camaro just had a certain feel about it, it just emulated power, it was a real muscle car, a mans machine, a car to be reckoned with.

I've been in the automotive business for about 20 or 25 years, I have worked in all facets of the industry, from parts to restoration, all different makes and models, I just want to keep people interested in the old cars because it's where my heart is.

I Hear Voices In My Head

It's true. I hear voices in my head. I don't talk about it much. But maybe it's a good time to start. You see, I'm a complex person. A lot goes on inside my head that no one else ever realizes.

The main voice I hear comes from my ego. My ego takes information from the world - from my surroundings - and delivers it to me. I would die without my ego. You would too.

Well, you wouldn't die without MY ego - but you would die if you didn't have YOUR ego.

My ego actually has it's own thought processes. My ego thinks - independently of me. That can be a hard concept to really grasp. Because we all want to believe we're the only ones doing the thinking upstairs. Not true.

In fact, for some people, their ego does most all of their thinking for them. That's not a good place to be. Because for most of us, our ego wants to cause trouble. At the very least, it may jumble the messages it gives.

Let's say someone tells you: "You did a bad job."

But what you hear is: "You are a bad person."

Those two statements carry quite different meanings. If you go around all day long hearing garbled messages, that creates many problems.

So many people - early in life - decide they just don't want to participate; or they don't want to be responsible for their lives. They don't WANT to interpret the data they receive from their egos. They don't want to make the choices and decisions about what to do.

This forces the ego to do the work of interpretation. But the ego lacks the equipment - the mental prowess - to successfully run our lives. Besides, that's our job anyway.

The ego builds resentment. It starts to resent us. It starts to resent being forced to do the 'dirty work' of running the person's life for them. It's not allowed to just do *it's* job. And you end up not being able to discern between "You did a bad job" and "You are a bad person".

The ego can become quite negative. Quite destructive. And quite the saboteur in your life. It can drag you down. Especially if you can't distinguish its voice from yours.

Generally speaking, the more bitter, pessimistic, angry, and destructive a person becomes, the greater the chance their life is being run by their ego. They're listening to the wrong voice in their head.

Look, even a healthy positive ego will talk to you. There's no escaping your ego. It goes with you EVERYWHERE.

You want it to be strong, healthy and positive. But right now, it's important to know what it sounds like. You need to be able to distinguish between it, and you.

You would be well-advised to visualize it - get an idea of what it might look like. And deliberately ask it questions. Learn as much as you can. Just keep in mind that a weak, negative ego will lie to you. Often in a loud voice.

It's the number one voice you hear in your head.

Other prominent voices include: martyr, victim, child, adolescent, and parent. Common to all: they exist as lesser parts of you. Meaning, parts of your personality that possess less intelligence, with less access to resources than you.

They're less capable of making choices and decisions than you.

But for many, these lesser voices run their lives. Generally speaking, the less you're willing to choose, to decide, to seek out responsibility - the greater the chance that some other lesser part of you must choose, decide, and accept responsibility for your life.

Bottom line: someone is 'driving your car' all the time you're awake. Who's behind the wheel? Your inner child? Your inner victim? If so, don't blame them if your life enters a crisis. Or if your life slams into a brick wall.

The next time you find yourself acting in less than an exemplary fashion, you might want to stop for a minute and ask - which part of me is running the show right now?

And you might want to stop and listen to what they have to say. Not so you can blindly follow it. But so you can distinguish it from your OWN thoughts and feelings.

You might want to listen to the voices in your head. I do.
